Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for using Chart Rich Academy. Please read them — and the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure that go with them — before you sign up or buy.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

"Chart Rich Academy," "Chart Rich," "we" and "us" mean the education business run by Lawanna from San Antonio, Texas. These terms cover our website (chartrich.trade), the Chart Rich Terminal members' app (terminal.chartrich.trade), and everything we sell or provide through them — the recorded course, Terminal membership, live sessions, one-on-one sessions, and related tools (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, buying something, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Education only — not financial advice

Everything we publish — lessons, the CR Indicator, The Open daily briefing, Signals, Playbooks, Coach, live sessions and one-on-one sessions — is general educational content. It is not personalized investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Signals are worked examples of one teaching method, not instructions to place a trade. You decide whether and how to trade, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions and results. 3. Who can use the Services; your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Your account is for you alone. Don't share your login, and don't let others use your access. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe and tell us promptly if you think it's been compromised.
• We may review and activate Terminal accounts, and we may decline, pause or end an account as described in section 13.

4. What we offer

• Chart Rich Terminal membership — a monthly subscription to the members' app (The Open, Signals, trade tracker, tools, live sessions and more).
• The recorded course — a one-time purchase that unlocks the full recorded lessons. It includes one month of Terminal membership.
• Candle Convos — a paid one-on-one video session with Lawanna, booked per session.
• Free content — such as Lesson 01 and certain preview lessons.

Features may change over time. Current prices are shown on our site and again at checkout, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By paying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide.

Terminal membership renews automatically. It is billed monthly, in advance, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months — see the Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it, and your access may be paused until it succeeds. If we change the price of a membership, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel instead.

Other payment methods. Where we offer an alternative (such as Cash App, Chime or PayPal), each payment covers one period only, access ends at the paid-through date, and you must pay again to continue. We confirm those payments by hand, so activation may take a little longer.

You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. The recorded course

When you buy the course we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to watch it for your own learning. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we continue to offer the course — not for your lifetime. If we ever discontinue it, we'll give you reasonable notice.

7. One-on-one sessions

Sessions are booked through our scheduling tool and held by video call. You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded. If we need to cancel, we'll reschedule with you or refund you in full. Details are in the Refund Policy. A session is educational; it isn't advice about your personal finances.

8. AI-assisted features and market data

Some features — including The Open daily briefing and Coach — are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and by third-party market data that may be delayed or incomplete. They can contain mistakes. Treat them as study aids, check anything important yourself, and never rely on them as advice. Signals depend on automated alerts that can be late, missed or wrong.

9. Acceptable use

Don't:

• share, resell, record, copy, scrape or redistribute our lessons, videos, indicator, Signals, briefings or other member content;
• share your account or try to get around access controls or payment;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post unlawful, misleading or abusive content in any place we provide for messages;
• interfere with the Services, probe them for weaknesses, or use them in a way that could harm us or other members; or
• use the Services to promote or sell your own services without our written permission.

10. Your content

You may add things like trades, chart screenshots, vision-board photos and goals, and messages. You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the Services for you (for example, showing your own board back to you). Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how it's handled.

11. Our content

The lessons, videos, CR Indicator, strategies, written materials, branding and everything else we provide belong to Chart Rich Academy or our licensors and are protected by law. Your access gives you the limited right to use them as described here, and no other rights.

12. Third-party services

The Services rely on and link to tools we don't control — such as TradingView, your broker, Stripe, and scheduling and video-call providers. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for them or for how they perform.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may pause or end your access if you break these Terms, put others or the Services at risk, or don't pay. If you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first — we're happy to sort out a mistake quickly. A dispute filed without contacting us may result in your access being suspended while it's resolved.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ABOUT ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY TRADING RESULT, PROFIT OR INCOME. ANY RESULTS YOU ACHIEVE DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS, INCLUDING YOUR OWN DECISIONS, DISCIPLINE, CAPITAL AND MARKET CONDITIONS.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CHART RICH ACADEMY AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME PLACES DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITS, SO PARTS OF THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts. Please email us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll give notice through the site or by email. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
