Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to teach you and run your account, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Signup and account: your name, email address and password (stored securely and never visible to us), and your tier and status.
- Free-lesson signup: your first name and email, when you ask for Lesson 01 on our website.
- What you add in the app: trades you log or import, chart screenshots, vision-board photos, captions and goals, lesson and quiz progress, and messages you send to Lawanna.
- Booking and purchases: what you bought, when, and the details you give for one-on-one sessions (like what you'd like to cover).
Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number. We keep a record that you paid, the amount, and your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
Collected automatically. Our hosting and security tools log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. If you turn on notifications, we store the notification address your browser gives us so we can send them. The app uses cookies and similar browser storage that keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
2. How we use it
- to create and run your account and deliver what you bought;
- to process payments, send receipts and manage your subscription;
- to send the lesson or notifications you asked for, and service messages about your account;
- to answer your questions and run one-on-one sessions;
- to keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and fix problems; and
- to improve our lessons and tools, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
We'll only send you marketing email if you've asked for it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
3. AI features
Coach and The Open use AI provided by Anthropic. When you chat with Coach, your messages — along with the trading statistics and recent trades you've logged in the app — are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please don't put sensitive personal information (like government IDs or bank details) into Coach. We use these services under terms that apply to our account with them; ask us if you want details.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Supabase — our database, sign-in and file storage (your account, trades, photos and messages);
- Vercel and Netlify — hosting for the app and the website, and the website's signup forms;
- Stripe — payment processing and billing;
- Anthropic — AI features described above;
- Bunny.net — delivering the course videos;
- Cal.com and Daily.co — scheduling and video calls for sessions and welcome calls; and
- email and notification providers, used to send you account and service messages.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (we'd tell you if that changed who holds your data).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed to provide the Services. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information, except records we must keep for payments, taxes, disputes or legal reasons.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, export or delete your information — email us and we'll help.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
- Turn off notifications any time in the app or your browser settings.
- Remove your photos and goals yourself from the Vision Journal whenever you like.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or Texas), you may have additional privacy rights. Email us and we'll honor valid requests as the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the database. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security — please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
The Services are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll remove it.
9. Where your data is processed
We're based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you about significant changes through the site or by email.
